1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of services provided by Supportivesmm.com ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering, accessing, or using our services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not signup to supportivesmm.com.

Domicile: USA and India (Grownox Development). Governing law will be the local laws of the relevant jurisdiction unless otherwise stated.

Supportivesmm.com is a multi-vendor SMM panel (reseller). We list and resell services from third-party providers via the Official Rental Panel platform and act as an intermediary only. We do not directly create social media accounts nor control third-party provider behaviour.

2. Account & Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
  • Users must be at least 18 years old or legally capable in their jurisdiction.
  • If registering on behalf of an employer, the employer is treated as the account owner.

3. Services

We provide social media marketing services including followers, likes, views, comments and related services. Delivery times vary by service and platform and are estimates only. We do not guarantee engagement, profile completeness, or lifetime retention of delivered followers or interactions.

Certain accounts (for example accounts with frequent username changes or those flagged for review) may not be eligible for successful delivery. We are not responsible for losses due to such account settings.

4. Refund & Refill Policy

No refund policy: Due to the intangible and instant nature of services, we generally do not provide refunds after delivery. Refunds or credits are granted only under the specific conditions below.

  1. Full refund if an order is marked completed but not delivered.
  2. Full refund if an order has not started within 7 days.
  3. Partial refunds may apply for refill services according to the refill rules below.

Refunds are issued only to your Supportivesmm.com wallet and will not be sent to your bank account.

Important: Your account will be suspended if you misbehave, abuse, or commit fraud.

Our average support reply time is between 0 to 12 hours.

5. Refill Conditions

Refill applies to the order and not the profile. Refill will not be provided if:

  • Drop is less than 10% of the ordered quantity.
  • The account has changed username after the order.
  • Followers from other providers are mixed into the profile.

Refills may be delayed during platform updates. In such cases, refunds may be processed instead of immediate refills.

6. Payments & Fraud

  • All services are prepaid. Orders begin only after full payment.
  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods is fraud and will result in account termination and possible legal action.
  • Indian Customers & Paytm: multiple Paytm/GPay/Fampay accounts are not permitted. Do not use our QR for receiving client payments; accounts using that practice may be suspended without notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Service to:

  • Perform illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or conduct hacking.
  • Create fake orders or abuse the system.
  • Use automated scrapers or bots not provided by us.
  • Upload unlawful, obscene or infringing content.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected by us (email, phone, transaction details) will not be shared with third-party providers except when required by law. We do not contact owners of the links you submit, and we do not disclose resale information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supportivesmm.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws. Parties agree that disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the user’s jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

ये नियम और शर्तें ("समझौता") Supportivesmm.com ("कंपनी", "हम") द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली सेवाओं के आपके उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं। हमारी सेवाओं को पंजीकृत करने, एक्सेस करने या उपयोग करने पर आप यह पुष्टि करते हैं कि आपने इन शर्तों को पढ़ा, समझा और सहमति व्यक्त की है। यदि आप सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया Supportivesmm.com पर साइनअप न करें।

डोमिसाइल: अमेरिका और भारत (Grownox Development)। लागू कानून संबंधित क्षेत्राधिकार का स्थानीय कानून होगा।

Supportivesmm.com एक मल्टी-वेंडर SMM पैनल (रीसेलर) है। हम Official Rental Panel प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से तृतीय-पक्ष प्रदाताओं से सेवाएं सूचीबद्ध करते हैं और पुनर्विक्रय करते हैं तथा केवल मध्यस्थ के रूप में कार्य करते हैं। हम सोशल मीडिया खाते नहीं बनाते और न ही प्रदाताओं के प्रदर्शन पर नियंत्रण रखते हैं।

2. खाता और पात्रता

  • खाता बनाते समय आपको सही जानकारी देनी होगी और अपने क्रेडेंशियल सुरक्षित रखने होंगे।
  • उपयोगकर्ता कम से कम 18 वर्ष के होने चाहिए या अपने क्षेत्राधिकार में कानूनी रूप से सक्षम होने चाहिए।
  • यदि आप अपने नियोक्ता की ओर से पंजीकरण कर रहे हैं, तो नियोक्ता को खाता स्वामी माना जाएगा।

3. सेवाएँ

हम सोशल मीडिया मार्केटिंग सेवाएं प्रदान करते हैं जैसे फॉलोअर्स, लाइक, व्यूज़, कमेंट आदि। सेवाओं की डिलीवरी का समय प्लेटफ़ॉर्म और सेवा के प्रकार पर निर्भर करता है और केवल अनुमान है। हम सहभागिता, प्रोफ़ाइल की पूर्णता या आजीवन फॉलोअर्स की गारंटी नहीं देते।

कुछ अकाउंट (जैसे बार-बार यूज़रनेम बदलने वाले या फ्लैग्ड अकाउंट) सेवाओं के लिए योग्य नहीं हो सकते। ऐसे मामलों में होने वाले नुकसान की ज़िम्मेदारी हमारी नहीं होगी।

4. रिफंड और रिफ़िल नीति

कोई रिफंड नीति नहीं: सेवाएँ अमूर्त और तुरंत डिलीवर होती हैं, इसलिए डिलीवरी के बाद हम सामान्यतः रिफंड प्रदान नहीं करते। केवल निम्नलिखित स्थितियों में रिफंड या क्रेडिट दिया जाएगा:

  1. यदि ऑर्डर पूरा दिखाया गया लेकिन डिलीवर नहीं हुआ, तो पूर्ण रिफंड।
  2. यदि ऑर्डर 7 दिनों के भीतर शुरू नहीं हुआ, तो पूर्ण रिफंड।
  3. रिफ़िल सेवाओं के लिए आंशिक रिफंड लागू हो सकता है।

रिफंड केवल Supportivesmm.com वॉलेट में ही जारी किए जाएंगे, बैंक खाते में नहीं।

महत्वपूर्ण: यदि आप दुर्व्यवहार, दुरुपयोग या धोखाधड़ी करते हैं, तो आपका खाता निलंबित कर दिया जाएगा।

हमारा औसत सपोर्ट उत्तर समय 0 से 12 घंटे है।

5. रिफ़िल शर्तें

रिफ़िल केवल ऑर्डर पर लागू होता है, प्रोफ़ाइल पर नहीं। रिफ़िल नहीं दिया जाएगा यदि:

  • ड्रॉप ऑर्डर की मात्रा के 10% से कम है।
  • ऑर्डर के बाद यूज़रनेम बदल दिया गया।
  • प्रोफ़ाइल में अन्य प्रदाताओं के फॉलोअर्स मिले हुए हैं।

प्लेटफ़ॉर्म अपडेट के दौरान रिफ़िल में देरी हो सकती है। ऐसे मामलों में रिफंड दिया जा सकता है।

6. भुगतान और धोखाधड़ी

  • सभी सेवाएं प्रीपेड हैं। पूरा भुगतान मिलने के बाद ही ऑर्डर शुरू होगा।
  • चोरी या अनधिकृत भुगतान तरीकों का उपयोग करना धोखाधड़ी है और खाता समाप्ति तथा कानूनी कार्रवाई का कारण बनेगा।
  • भारतीय ग्राहक और Paytm: एक से अधिक Paytm/GPay/Fampay खातों की अनुमति नहीं है। हमारे QR का उपयोग अपने ग्राहकों से भुगतान प्राप्त करने के लिए न करें, अन्यथा आपका खाता बिना सूचना निलंबित कर दिया जाएगा।

7. प्रतिबंधित गतिविधियाँ

आप सेवा का उपयोग इन कार्यों के लिए नहीं कर सकते:

  • ग़ैरकानूनी या धोखाधड़ी वाली गतिविधियाँ।
  • मैलवेयर वितरित करना, स्पैम करना या हैकिंग।
  • नकली ऑर्डर बनाना या सिस्टम का दुरुपयोग।
  • अनधिकृत बॉट या स्क्रैपिंग टूल का उपयोग।
  • ग़ैरकानूनी, आपत्तिजनक या कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन करने वाली सामग्री अपलोड करना।

8. गोपनीयता

हम आपकी गोपनीयता का सम्मान करते हैं। हम द्वारा एकत्रित व्यक्तिगत जानकारी (ईमेल, फ़ोन, लेन-देन विवरण) को किसी भी प्रदाता के साथ साझा नहीं किया जाएगा, सिवाय जब कानून द्वारा आवश्यक हो। हम आपके दिए गए लिंक के मालिकों से संपर्क नहीं करते और न ही रीसेल की जानकारी प्रकट करते हैं।

9. उत्तरदायित्व की सीमा

कानून द्वारा अनुमति प्राप्त अधिकतम सीमा तक, Supportivesmm.com अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक, विशेष, दंडात्मक या परिणामी नुकसान (जैसे लाभ का नुकसान, व्यवसाय में बाधा, डेटा हानि) के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा। असंतोष के लिए आपका एकमात्र उपाय सेवा का उपयोग बंद करना है।

10. संशोधन

हम कभी भी इन शर्तों को संशोधित कर सकते हैं। शर्तों में परिवर्तन के बाद सेवा का उपयोग जारी रखने का अर्थ है कि आप अद्यतन शर्तों से सहमत हैं।

11. लागू कानून

यह समझौता लागू कानूनों द्वारा शासित है। पक्ष सहमत हैं कि विवाद उपयोगकर्ता के क्षेत्राधिकार की सक्षम अदालतों में सुलझाए जाएंगे, जब तक कि कानून अन्यथा न कहे।
